Happy Birthday Brian!

I have a cool brother in law...why you may ask?
1. He lets me play with his little ones all the time and I love that.
2. Today is his birthday and he paid for my lunch. That is so kind!
3. He also lets me be on his family phone plan!
4. He knows a lot of fun facts
5. He won a really big award at work and did not tell me
6. He is a really good cook! yummy foods.
7. He knows fashion...yup yup.

Slumber Party

BROOKLYNN KAY BRONSON is finally here and healthy! I am excited if you can not tell. This means I got to steal my lil niece Bailey for a few days and give mamma a break! My mom, kaci, tera, bailey and myself threw in some diapers, dolls, toys, food, and an extra pair of shoes and were off. Aaron and I loved having her spend the night. We watched movies. Let her choose one...she chose a Japaneese anime about a tsunami (kinda strange), painted, went to diseyland, fed the ducks at the pond, went out to eat, built tents, and made some fun crafts. I just hope that I am this energetic with my own kids one day, because this was super fun!

Funny story: Bailey has worn a big sister shirt every day since Brooklynn was born. I think Kaci and my mom went a lil crazy...So I wish I had a video camera during the princess show at disneyland. Bailey usually gets excited and jumps and laughs and it is cute. But this time it was the cutest thing I have ever seen. As the princesses were entering the stage she was screaming with all her might "Cinderelly Cinderelly I am a big sister!" Then snow white comes out and she realizes that she is not phasing them sooo she begins to take her outer layers off to show the princesses her shirt so they get it. She was wearing a rain coat and a jacket because it was stormy. She yelled all the princesses names really loud and I think she actually caught Snow Whites attention. In this pic you can see Bailey is adoment about showing her how proud she is to be a big sister.



It was Brians Birthday today Feb 22, so Bailey and Aaron worked really hard on this masterpiece to give him for a birthday suprise. She also made a sweet card. When I asked her what she wanted me to say she said "birthday daddy. lets go home. bring brooklynn to the party. lets party." Or something really close to that. I thought it was cute.





I love my Bailey buscsha and can't wait for our next one. Forget having a job when I can play with my family all the time! Oh and for my dad....dont worry aaron and I hung out during all of this and enjoyed eachothers company as well.

SOLD

I am almost a professional craigslister. I have never bought anything on there but go daily to look at all the cool things for sale. Recently I have sold things. First thing I sold was my old i-phone 3G. I sold it for 100 bux! The lesson I learned with that sale is to never put your phone number on craigslist! I think I got over 50 calls in 10 min.
Then I sold Aarons Drums!! he used to be in a band....yup. But hasn't used them for years so we sold them. it was fun. The little christian rock band got a pretty sweet deal on the drums. They were pumped and so was I. Now they are not sitting in a large majority of our dining room. I want to sell more.

"i'm making you a flower person"

Yesterday was a dumb day to say the least. I spent a large majority of it applying to restaurant jobs. It began with me thinking that Rubys would hire me. I mean why not I have been working there for about 7 years. But, this is the first time I almost caught myself begging the managet to let me work there. He really wanted me to work Sundays, and I refused and said I am available EVERY DAY ALL DAY EXCEPT sunday. ugh....
I was texting Aaron the entire day telling him how upset I was. And how I was upset becasue I was upset. I mean poor guy. haha.
Then he came home from work with these!

I love them. And I love him. He keeps telling me that he know I am not a flower person but he is going to make me one. I decided that I am ok with that.

Wedding Pics

Ok people so it has been almost 2 months since we have been married. My photographer says that she is going to have the pics done this weekend!!! I am so excited/nervous/anxious...I can not wait to see them and I will show all of you when I get them. whoop whoop.
I just can not believe some days that I am not planning my wedding and moving 100 MPH. THings have slowed down...oh the life of a married woman. FOOD

First off...Aaron will eat anything. I really actually from the bottom of my hear believe this to be true. Any time I ask what he wants for dinner it could easily be hotdogs and a glass of milk. I refuse to waste my domestic abilities on a hot dog so here are some things i have tried.

Ok so these pics are out of order but here is the final look of my "healthy" dinner. haha. It is spagetti squash pesto chicken meal. It looks gross, and I thought it was OK, but Aaron claims that it is his favorite. I cooked one squash and it was enough to feed a family of 5. PLUSS we are being healthy by using squash instead of pesto right?

I just cut the squash in half and microwaved it in a little water with a lid for 25 min or something like that. There are a lot of good recipe's that I want to try with this squash. I even bought butternut squash I am going to attempt to make something with tonight!
I also attempted Bannana muffins. The ingredients were too healthy and I didnt like them. But Aaron has been chowing down on them for the past few days so I am happy that I did not have to waste yummy bannanas. I think they need butter and sugar!!! They had oats and applesauce instead. But they were cute. Oh and shorty likes them also.

Job Title: Housewife

So it has been a while since I have blogged. Partly because I talk to the people that read my blog daily, and I also feel that I don't have much to say. I am a stay at home wife, I like to say mom because I have shotry. Days are good. We have a cute little place and I have been trying to decorate or just furnish this place. We have the essensails (i.e., bed, tv, table), but are waiting to find some good deals on all the rest. It is kind of fun anticipating the slow process of making this little place feel like our home. Here are some projects I have done.

I bought these cute little pots from anthro to have at our wedding. NOw i get to use them as decorations. It is cute, but i wish i knew where to put them. They were in the bathroom, then the kitchen, and then assorted throughout the house. Now they are outside because I think they brought miniature ants into the house. I didnt know what else to blame. But are'nt they cute?!

We have two pieces of furniture outside. One is a cute little igloo for Shorty. THe other day i found her in there so I think she likes it. It was a steal for 10 bux at a garage sale. The other thing is this bench/storage box. I realized the other day that i have spent almost all of our target cards and money on things i want/need or corse need. But, I neglected to get things that aaron needs, but he doesn't know he needs. I dont even know if that makes sense. Soo there was this storage thing at target and it said it was easy to put together so i got it! it holds tools and all sorts of good 'outside' things.

So we have a little outside area that originally had huge trees that shaded the entire patio and ferns and such. WEll there was a tiny rodant problem so the land people took away the tree. There were a few palm trees and this really nice ivy that went up the fence. One day i got carried away with gardening outside and accidently pulled up the roots of the ivy (i thought the roots looked a bit long and thick but could't see where they were coming from), so it was also eliminated. I wish I had a before and after pic.
